TIFFIN, Ohio - Three consecutive top two finishes close out the fall portion for the Tiffin University men's golf team. Included in that run was a runner-up performance at the GLIAC Championship, the best finish in school history.

Over the first two events, Tiffin showed the potential they had. Although they were eighth at the Al Watrous Memorial Invitational, TU was just 19 strokes out of first. The Dragons followed that with a fourth place finish at the Northwood Invitational. At the GLIAC Championship Preview, Tiffin was 13th of 27 teams but was behind six GLIAC schools.

The Dragons hit on all cylinders with a second place finish at the GLIAC Championships a week later. In fifth place after the first round, TU had the best rounds in each of the final two rounds (294-301). Dillon Klein shot a seven-over par 223 to place seventh to lead the charge. Recording top 10 finishes were Blake DeBruyn at 225 (+9 - 8th) and Tyler Maranville at 226 (+10 - 10th).

Tiffin kept the momentum going by placing second at the Findlay Invitational. TU was just nine shots back of the winner, GLIAC champion Grand Valley State. The Dragons closed the fall season winning the Kyle Ryman Memorial by 37 strokes. DeBruyn fired a five-over 147 to win the tournament by one stroke over teammate Klein.
