Justin Depinet enters his first year with the Dragons program. In 2002, Justin graduated from New Riegel High School.   After graduating high school he was faced with the decision to become a collegiate athlete at Heidelberg University or to attempt to be a coach.   He chose coaching and developed a passion for it, so by the end of his fourth year at Heidelberg he had four years of high school coaching experience.    During those four years at New Riegel, Justin had the opportunity to coach his sister and multiple other athletes at the Division III State Meet.

In 2006, Justin graduated from Heidelberg University with a degree in High School Science Education.  He landed a job teaching High School Science at Tiffin Columbian where he soon found myself at home working with athletes inside and outside of the classroom.  From 2006-2009 at Columbian he was a part of the high school and middle school coaching staff.   Within those 3 years at Columbian he also was able to have the opportunity to coach multiple state athletes at the Division I and Division II level.

In 2009, Justin completed his Master's degree from Heidelberg University.
