Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach Jeremy Croy enters his 12th season at Tiffin University. Since his arrival, Coach Croy has led the Dragons to 11 consecutive winning seasons. Through 2011 the men have posted a 416-110 record (.790) (61-15 in 2011) and the women 276-238 (.536) (43-17 in 2011) during that same time. The Dragons also have had over 100 All-Americans (Academic and Athletic) and shattered every school record on the books.
Both track and field squads also gained their highest ever conference placing in Coach Croy's first season and continued that success during their last season in the NAIA with the men's squad winning their fourth consecutive conference championship. Coach Croy was also recognized as the 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 AMC Coach of the Year for winning the AMC Conference Championship and finishing the season with a record of 51-2 in 2007.
Croy was also named GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Coach of the Year honors in 2011 and followed up that season with NCAA II Regional Coach of the Year honors as well.
Croy is an Ohio Northern University graduate with a degree in Sports Management. He also was a four-year letter winner in track and cross-country, earning MVP honors for the cross-country squad. Croy obtained his Master's degree in Sports Management from Springfield College (MA). Croy, his wife (Meladie), daughter (Corinne) and son (William) reside here in Tiffin.
Ron taught health and physical education for 30 years. He has coached distance runners for over 24 years in 3 different high schools (Caldwell, Tiffin Columbian, and Seneca East). In cross country, Martin's athletes have compiled an overall record of 2730 Wins - 354 Losses (88.5% winning percentage). His athletes have a combined total of 28 All-Ohio honors, 8 individual State Champions, and 3 high school All-Americans. His teams have finished 1st or 2nd in the State Cross Country Meet 16 times.
In Track, Martin's distance runners have compiled 25 All-Ohio honors, 5 individual State Champions, 8 high school All-Americans, and 1 National Champion in the 5000m (15:12.7).
Ron and Bev, his wife of 31 years, are parents to 5 children (Chris, Heather, Erica, Rachel, and Rebecca).

Tiffin University graduate Raymond Robinson enters his first year with the track and field team as the Throws Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. Ray owns the school record in the discus and is also on the top ten list in the weight and hammer throw. Scoring as a three time All-GLIAC student athlete in the discus, Robinson was also named to the GLIAC All-Academic team four times and earned Academic All-American status in 2010. Robinson was also a National Qualifier in the discus throw in 2010.
Coaching experience: USATF registered coach. Coached Adriane Blewitt at the 2010 U.S. Championships at Drake University, in Des Moines Iowa. Blewitt finished fifth in the shot put among the nation's professionals. He also coached her in the 2011 U.S. Championships at the University of Oregon, in Eugene, Oregon. Robinson has worked extensively with John Godina, four-time world champion and nine-time Olympic and World Championship medal recipient in both the shot put and the discus. Coach Robinson's throwing philosophy is heavily influenced by both John Godina and Adriane Blewitt.

Sirena Williams begins her first year as an Assistant Coach at Tiffin University. She will direct her attention and energy toward the team's long sprinters.
Before coming to Tiffin, Williams was the Assistant Coach at Feather River College in Quincy, California. Williams was their main recruiter for the brand new Women's Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Prior to her collegiate coaching career, Williams was the Head Coach of South River HS boys and girls track & field teams were they broke 19 school records. The SRHS girl's team won the 2010 Indoor Regional Championship; first team title since 1983. Williams also produced five high school All-County Team Champions and 39 State Qualifiers (7 placed in the top 8 at the Maryland State Track & Field Championships), and 4 nationally ranked athletes.
Before her success at SRHS, Williams spent four years at Suitland HS, as an assistant for the first three years and the Head Women's coach the fourth year. During her four years at SHS, she helped guide the boys program to four State Championship titles.
Williams started her track journey at Central High School in 1993. She was a four letter winner in the sport. By the end of her high school career, she was an 8-time Maryland State Champion, running events ranging from the short sprints to the hurdles. She made the All-County Team several times and was voted to the Washington Post's 1996-97 All-Met Track and Field Team. Williams was an integral part of CHS winning two Maryland State Championship in 1995 (Outdoor) and 1997 (Indoor). She then attended the University of Connecticut as a member of the track program on an athletic scholarship.
Williams holds USATF Level II Certification in Sprints, Hurdles, and Relays. Williams is also a USATFNC Certified Official specialized as a Starter.
Williams, a Maryland native, holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication Processes from the University of Connecticut in 2001. She is currently in pursuit of her MBA in Sports Management.
