Chris Deal (1991-94) is the most honored offensive lineman in Tiffin University football history. He is a three-time NAIA All-American who also earned three All-District honors and Mid-States Football Association accolades during his career. He helped lead the team to two NAIA National Tournament appearances, including an Elite Eight appearance in 1994. He earned his degree in Business Management and currently works as Director of Business Operations at TEKsystems. He resides in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.

Rudi (O'Brien) Noschang (1991-94) is the first Tiffin University women's soccer NAIA All-American. She was the standout player for the women's soccer program during its early years, earning two All-Great Lakes Region and two All-District honors over her four seasons. She is fifth in career scoring and helped lead the team to the national rankings as well as its first ever Regional Championship appearance in 1993. She earned her degree in Business Administration and currently works as a businesss account administrator at Advantage Sales and Marketing. She and her family reside in Batavia, Ohio.

Roderick Reid (1990-93) was a standout men's soccer player for Tiffin University . He earned two NAIA All-American honors during his career, while also garnering four All-District and All-Conference citations. He was an exciting striker who ended his career second in points and third in goals and assists. While a student at Tiffin University , Roderick also appeared in World Cup qualifier games for the Jamaican National team. He was also a 1994 Umbro Senior bowl participant. He earned his degree in Business Administration and is currently self-employed. He resides in Kingston, Jamaica.

Mike Schumacher (1990-93) was a major defensive leader for the Tiffin University football team over his four seasons. He twice earned NAIA All-American honors while also garnering two All-District citations in the defensive secondary. He holds the Dragons single season interceptions record with eight and helped lead the Dragons to their first NAIA National Tournament appearance. He earned his degree in Business Marketing and is currently a sales representative for Stinchcomb Associates. He and his family reside in Tiffin, Ohio.

Jeff Ward (1990-94) holds more individual basketball records than any other Tiffin University player. He is a three-time NAIA All-American as well as a four-time All-District and Conference athlete who holds 11 records, including the career scoring record with 2532 points. He twice led the men's basketball squad to the NAIA National Tournament while also winning the MOC and District 22 Championship. He was also named District 22 and Mid-Ohio Conference Player of the Year. After graduation Jeff played professional basketball internationally from 1995-2002. He earned his degree in Business Administration and currently works as a general manager at Rent-a-Center. He and his family reside in Findlay, Ohio .
